The location of the hotel is the standout feature, with superb access to Masjidil Haram. The rooms, however, were a letdown with worn-out furnishings and a somewhat misleading appearance compared to the pictures. Service was slow, but the staff were very friendly. Dining options were mainly catered towards Indonesian tastes, with limited choices. The close proximity to Masjidil Haram was a major positive, but the hotel itself lacked in certain aspects.
